Our lodgings  "the grange " and "the chartreuse "   are all you need to spend a good time in a quiet area, near the most world famous Cave Paintings and the other cro-magnon sites.

The "Ferme de Biorne" is in the heart of Purple Perigord, the area of the Dordogne named after the deep red of Bergerac wines. Within an hour's drive it is possible to visit the world-famous Lascaux cave-paintings and the other Cro-Magnon sites at Les Eyzies, the breathtaking valleys of the Dordogne and the V麨re, the fortified villages of Monpazier and Issigeac, the "Route des Vins" (famous Road Wines)containing the Bergerac and Monbazillac vineyards, the historic towns of Sarlat and Périgueux, and numerous chateaux.
