How to cook a Foie Gras?

Comment cuisiner un canard gras, des confits, du magret, des rillettes, du pâté de foie gras, des gésiers confits, cou farci ... Faites un stage de cuisine à la ferme de Biorne! Vous repartirez avec vos conserves!

The whole on bottom of humour, good mood and delicious savours, this training course “foie gras” will teach you the various manners of cooking, and prepare a foie gras, crystallized ducks, rillettes, fatty liver pâté…

You will learn how to cook the Perigoudines receipts… and will taste them with the various meals.

For the sum of 390 €, from the Tuesday evening to the Friday midday, you will spend 3 nights in simple room to the farm of Biorne.

In addition to the 3 nights in simple room, the price includes:

- 3 breakfasts
- 3 lunches (wine of table and coffee included/understood)
- 2 dinners
- 1 free evening
- the expenses of reservation
- as well as the framing of the training course by Master Andre.

You will also learn to cook:

Tourain with garlic, foie gras poêlé with various sauces, tart plates, mic, potatoes salardaises, steaklet roasted with the sauce périgourdine, cakes with nuts… How to make a cassoulet… And of course ... we're waiting your suggestions!

The stay is organized for 5 people minimum.
